Today both Zibri and Geohotz have released different unlock methods for 1.1.3. Zibri’s release can unlock an iphone with 1.1.3 and 04.03.13g. It is only for BL 3.9 and don’t forget to set autolock to never and airplane mode before running it from springboard. It is available at http://rapidshare.com/files/89226222/anySIM1.3.rar.html

The Geohotz unlock uses the same method as ipsf to unlock the phone but the problem is that everytime you restart the phone or swap sims you need to run signal.app to get the signal. More info about it at http://iphonejtag.blogspot.com/
