Perfect for cooking on a campfire or open flame.
Lid has a lip around the edge to hold charcoal so you can cook from the top and bottom for more even cooking.
This item is not marked as such, but I believe from my research that it is a Birmingham Stove and Range (BSR) Dutch oven.
Bottom says "Made in USA, 10, 20H-1" , and lid says "10IN". (10 inches in diameter)
Main Dutch oven has wire handle, and lid has tab handle with hole to remove with one of those old school tools for removing hot lids and skillets.
