Use iTunes v8.0.2 on either Windows or Macs (Late 2008 Macbooks included) and hold the Shift (Windows) / Option (Mac) buttons and browse to the .ipsw you just downloaded (and joined) and let iTunes do the rest!

It´s when i am about to release home button at 10 sec, it just stops at 9 for some reasons, and QuickpWn freezes. I can not exit quickpawn, and i have to restore my iPhone over and over and over again. And not to mention that my iMac can not be rebooted cos quickpawn can not be quited. and the comand Ctrl + CMD + esc, does not work neither on my mac when this happen =) what a hell is wrong ? If you have any clues or tips, let me know =)

  3. Hi, I recently bought an Iphone and upgraded 2.28 to 2.30 with iTunes. I know I screwed up. I never had an idea that you could even jailbrake or what this ment. I read about 100 blog and comments on why I couldn't download with cydia or add source. Obviously I'm new to this hacking stuff no offence. If I can't downgrade what can I do to get what "you " have, and if I can't who can tell me when the dev team will have something out for tech ignorant people like me.

    Thanks’ everyone.
