Apple is finally letting you buy a factory unlocked iPhone 4S directly from their website. I believe this is a much better deal if you are not eligible for an upgrade and are looking for a good resale value when you are ready for the next best iPhone! Charging cables are always a pain to carry and it is even worse when you have to carry multiple cables for different devices. Apple finally bowed to the pressure from the European campaign to standardize the charging cables. It is retailing at £8.00 at Apple’s UK stores and hopefully it makes its way into the US stores soon. This is beneficial to those who use 2 devices : Android and Apple and prefer to carry one cable.
