Yeah, Qtrax.com came out with an idea with a win-win formula benefiting the enduser as well as the artist 🙂 The service is available starting midnight (12 AM, Jan 28,’08). Though the company is trading at $0.09, the deal sounds so sweet that we all should give it a try. An ad supported service alright but just imagine FREE access to so many tracks. Since, Qtrax has tie-ups with reputable record labels and guarantee no spyware/adware nonsense with this service! Though available only for Win XP, Vista tonight, a Mac Version is expected as early as March 18, 2008. Download the service @ http://www.qtrax.com/download.html .
